The Pecking Order Hen Lampshade

A perfect gift for all craving or indeed living "the good life". This distinctive shade has been hand crafted on the small Scottish island of Lismore where our inspiration comes from the critters we care for on our Hebridean Croft. It is made using a combination of photographic transfer, scribbled lines and stitched details and each animal image begins life as a humble pencil drawing. This shade would look fantastic in a country style nursery, porch or hallway or on a hen lovers bedside table. Bases are made from a veriety of local, seasoned hardwoods, finished with Danish oil and with a faux suede base pad. Bakelite and plastic batten lamp holder (for bayonet light bulbs UK size fitting) White flex (1.75 metres), white plug (3 amp) and white lampshade switch.
