Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping and Returns

We aim to ship all our orders received via our online shop within 14 working days. However, some of our items are bespoke and are made to order and will therefore have a longer lead time. We will contact you to confirm your order and advise you of an approximate lead time for these items.

During exceptionally busy periods eg. the run up to Christmas, you should allow extra time for delivery, but please let us know if something is required for a specific date and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

 

Overseas shipping

For customers outside of the UK & EU, our cushions are sent without cushion inserts due to the cost of shipping. However, we are more than happy to send them with inserts for an additional delivery charge, so after placing your order, one of our team will be in touch to advise you of that charge and you can choose whether to accept it or not.

We also advise our overseas customers to note that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check prior to placing an order if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. Mogwaii Design does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns

 If you are not happy with your cushion, lamp shade or brooch it can be returned within 14 days of receipt of our delivery provided they are returned with their labels on, in the original packaging (or equivalent standard) and undamaged. All parcels are sent back at the customer’s own risk. We would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, less postage will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.

Bespoke items: Only bespoke and made to order items that are faulty or damaged can be returned, unless written confirmation has been received from Mogwaii prior to ordering that a return would be accepted should your bespoke item not be suitable. The cost of returning your bespoke item to us is the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be sent in its original packaging (or equivalent) to Mogwaii Studio, Isle of Lismore. All parcels are sent back at the customer’s own risk. We would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, less postage will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.
