This unique lampshade, with its quirky rustic charm adds vitality and vibrancy to your home and a pair of shades look stunning on either side of a bed. It also makes a distinctive gift for nature lovers. It is hand crafted in my Scottish island studio using appliqué, machine embroidery, and print on hand dyed silk and the stems and details are hand drawn with fabric pens.This non mechanised approach means that each lampshade has its own distinctive quality and may differ slightly from the photo. The lampshade in the picture is a large (40cm) drum on the designer's own base This lampshade can be made to hang as a pendant (ceiling light) or sit on a lamp base. See options to choose. It can also be ordered complete with a Mogwaii log lamp base. (See lampshade base combo for this option) Lampshade materials: Cotton polka dot base fabric and hand dyed silk.
