I'm in!!
Yesterday Pauline told me the sea temperature was 13 degrees, warmer than the air. I’ve been processing her daily swim stories for a few weeks now with more than a little concern, but the 13 degree comment made me consider giving it a go. So this morning Tom and I drove to Mill Bay with our wet suits and did it.
13 degrees…I DON’T THINK SO! This water was definitely not warm, but it was not baltic either. The sun emerged from behind the clouds and then I was having one of these life moments that etches it’s beauty and sensation in to every pore and will always be there to savour.
Thank you Pauline, you’re right. It’s good. VERY GOOD!
